Position: Florist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a creative eye for design. As a florist at Fannin Flowers, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for our customers. Whether it’s a simple bouquet for a birthday or an elaborate centerpiece for a wedding, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral arrangements based on customer preferences and event themes
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their floral needs
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a florist or floral designer
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Floral Sales Associate

In addition to our florist position, we are also looking for a floral sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a friendly, outgoing personality. As a floral sales associate at Fannin Flowers, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, assist them with their floral needs, and help them choose the perfect arrangement for any occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their floral selections
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
