Responsibilities:

• Demolition of existing fixtures and structures
• Installation of new plumbing and electrical systems
• Tile work, including floors, walls, and showers
• Cabinet installation and countertop fabrication
• Patching and painting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bathroom remodeling
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and architectural drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

2. General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Fantastic Restoration, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing contractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating project costs and preparing bids
• Hiring and supervising subcontractors
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
