We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Home Builders

• Construct new homes according to specifications and blueprints
• Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
• Perform tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

2. Real Estate Developers

• Identify potential development opportunities and conduct feasibility studies
• Manage the development process from concept to completion
• Negotiate land acquisitions and secure necessary permits and approvals
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to bring projects to life

Qualifications:

Home Builders:

• Experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork

Real Estate Developers:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, or related field
• Experience in land acquisition, entitlements, and project management
• Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
