Position: Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Our team is dedicated to helping our customers find the right coverage to protect their assets and loved ones. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Insurance Sales Agent.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting the right auto insurance coverage based on their individual needs and budget
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the insurance purchasing process
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques to grow the customer base
• Stay informed about insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed insurance agent is a plus, but not required (we can help you get licensed!)
