Position: Group Insurance Specialist

About the Role:

As a Group Insurance Specialist at Farmers Insurance – Michael Canahuati, you will be responsible for working with employers to provide group insurance policies for their employees. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and has strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate employers on the benefits of offering group insurance policies to their employees.
• Create customized insurance solutions based on the needs of each employer.
• Manage relationships with employers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Closely collaborate with the Farmers Insurance team to deliver comprehensive insurance packages.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in group insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensing in property and casualty insurance is a plus.
