We are currently seeking a talented Attorney to join our team:

Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of accident and property damage cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
