Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Fat Boy’s Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing food to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are seeking individuals with a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requests
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
