Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to fathers in family law matters, including custody, visitation, and support cases
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and counsel throughout the legal process

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Experience practicing family law, with a focus on custody and visitation matters
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy for clients facing challenging legal situations
