Position: Labor Law Enforcement Officer
Federal Wage and Labor Law is a reputable company that specializes in ensuring compliance with federal labor laws and regulations. We work closely with both employers and employees to guarantee fair workplace practices and advocate for proper working conditions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Labor Law Enforcement Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with federal labor laws and regulations
- Investigating complaints related to wage theft, workplace safety, and discrimination
- Providing education and training to employers and employees on labor law requirements
- Issuing citations and fines to employers found in violation of labor laws
- Collaborating with other government agencies and law enforcement to enforce labor laws
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of enforcement actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law Enforcement, or related field
- Experience working in labor law enforcement or a related field
- Knowledge of federal labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
