Fertitta Law Firm is Hiring Criminal Law Attorneys!

Fertitta Law Firm is a well-established law firm with a proven track record of success in representing clients in various legal matters. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking experienced Criminal Law Attorneys to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including but not limited to DUIs, drug offenses, assault, theft, and other misdemeanor and felony charges.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong defense strategy for clients.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements with prosecutors when necessary.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options throughout the legal process.
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, prosecutors, and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law.
• Strong knowledge of criminal law procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
