Festival Appliance is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Appliance Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about repairing and refinishing major appliances and excels in providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations on a variety of major appliances
• Repair and refurbish appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in appliance technology

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a major appliance technician
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience
