Job Responsibilities

Party & Event Planners

• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure seamless setup and teardown of events
• Provide on-site support during events

Party Planning Assistants

• Assist Party & Event Planners with event logistics
• Communicate with clients to gather event details
• Organize and maintain event supplies and inventory
• Support setup and teardown of events
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Party Supply Rental Specialists

• Manage rental orders and inventory
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of rental items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental items
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect party supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus
