Position: Real Estate Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Loan Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Market, service, and promote the company’s real estate loan products.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in real estate lending.
• Strong understanding of financial and credit principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
