We are Hiring:

Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description:

• Originate mortgage loans by building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Educate clients on the home loan process and recommend loan products that meet their financial goals
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently
• Analyze financial information to determine the feasibility of granting a loan
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Strong knowledge of loan products, programs, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Active NMLS license
