Job Responsibilities:

• Construct new homes according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage construction timelines and budgets effectively
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent carpentry and masonry skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
