As a Collections Specialist at Final Notice, you will play a crucial role in contacting debtors and negotiating payment arrangements to resolve outstanding debts. Job Responsibilities

• Contact debtors via phone, email, and mail to secure payment arrangements
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements
• Adhere to all regulations and guidelines governing debt collection practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collection goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
