Job Title: Fire Protection Service Technician

Location: Multiple Locations Across the United States

Are you passionate about fire safety and looking for a rewarding career in the fire protection industry? Fire & Life Safety America is currently seeking experienced Fire Protection Service Technicians to join our team. As a Fire Protection Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and testing of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and extinguishers
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with fire protection systems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance on fire protection systems to ensure their reliability and effectiveness
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their fire protection needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire protection industry
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
• Certifications in fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, or extinguishers is a plus
• Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
