Position: Pawnbroker

First Cash Pawn is a well-established company with multiple locations in the United States. We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our team as Pawnbrokers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing the value of items customers bring in to pawn or sell
• Negotiating prices with customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized store
• Processing pawn loans and sales transactions
• Operating pawn shop software and systems
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a pawn shop or retail environment is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
