What We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in a variety of roles. We have openings for Pawnbrokers, Watch Experts, and Ammunition Specialists. If you have a passion for luxury goods, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Pawnbrokers:

• Assessing the value of items brought in by customers for pawn or sale
• Negotiating loan terms and prices with customers
• Maintaining accurate records of pawn transactions
• Providing excellent customer service and assistance

Watch Experts:

• Identifying and authenticating luxury watches
• Assisting customers in selecting the perfect watch
• Performing watch repairs and maintenance as needed
• Staying up-to-date on current watch trends and market values

Ammunition Specialists:

• Providing expert knowledge and guidance on ammunition products
• Assisting customers in selecting the right ammunition for their needs
• Ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations regarding ammunition sales
• Keeping track of inventory and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at First Class Jewelry and Loan, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pawn items, watches, or ammunition, depending on the position
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
