We are Hiring Mortgage Loan Officers!

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership? Do you have a strong background in mortgages or real estate loans? If so, we want you to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Continental Mortgage, Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans by taking loan applications, conducting credit investigations, and determining the best loan programs for clients
• Educate clients on the mortgage process, loan programs, and available options to help them make informed decisions
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure loans are processed and closed in a timely manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or related role
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, programs, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must hold an active NMLS license
