Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at First Metropolitan, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products to protect their assets. Your primary goal will be to increase the company’s revenue by meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educating customers on the benefits of various insurance products
• Quoting and selling insurance policies
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Providing excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
