Position Available: Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on company policies
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the loan process
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan approval
• Maintain current knowledge of lending regulations and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of loan products, programs, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator
