Position: Youth Ministry Coordinator

Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them grow in their faith? Do you have experience in youth ministry and a heart for guiding the next generation in their spiritual journey? If so, we are looking for a Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our team at First New Hope Bible Church.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate programming for youth activities
• Lead weekly youth group meetings, including small group discussions, worship, and recreation
• Mentor and disciple youth members, providing support and guidance as they navigate their faith
• Coordinate with other church staff to integrate youth ministry into overall church programs and events
• Organize and lead youth retreats, mission trips, and service projects

Qualifications:

• A deep commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for youth ministry
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead volunteers
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
