Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to members’ needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Educate members on the benefits of credit union membership and how to maximize their financial well-being
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions to ensure data integrity and member satisfaction
• Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for both members and employees

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a financial institution is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of basic financial products and services offered by credit unions
