Position Overview:

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at Fit Factory Houston, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our contract manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and then develop and implement manufacturing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all contract manufacturing inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with client needs
• Oversee the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their manufacturing projects

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or a related industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
