Educator – CPR Information & Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging CPR training courses to a diverse range of individuals and groups
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CPR guidelines and ensure that all training materials are current and relevant
- Provide clear and concise instructions during training sessions to ensure participants understand and can apply CPR techniques effectively
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to improve training content and delivery methods
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and certification status
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Health Sciences, Education)
- Certification as a CPR instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., American Heart Association, Red Cross)
- Experience in teaching or training individuals in a healthcare or emergency services setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
