We are Hiring: Labor Relations Consultant
As a Labor Relations Consultant at Fitzgerald Healthcare Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of healthcare organizations, from small clinics to large hospital systems. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labor relations issues, including contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and union avoidance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct labor relations assessments and develop strategies to improve employee relations
- Assist with contract negotiations and collective bargaining agreements
- Provide training to management and staff on labor relations best practices
- Investigate and resolve grievances and disputes in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in labor relations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
