Job Title: Liquor Store Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect wine, spirit, or beer for any occasion
• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally

Job Requirements:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of various types of alcohol and brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
