Position: Catering Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate all aspects of catering orders, including menu planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that catering orders are prepared and delivered according to Flaming Wok’s high standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of catering orders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in catering or event planning is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
