Job Title: Notary Public

Responsibilities:

• Travel to borrowers’ homes or other locations to facilitate loan signings
• Verify the identity of the signers and witness the signing of loan documents
• Ensure that all documents are signed and notarized correctly
• Return completed documents to Flawless Loan Signings LLC in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Valid notary public commission in the state of [state]
• Experience in loan signings preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
