Job Overview:

Flexicrew – Houston is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting, payroll services, and employment law compliance. As a Human Resource Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of human resource-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR assessments and audits for clients
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• SHRM certification is a plus
