Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage situations promptly
• Assess the extent of water damage and provide recommendations for restoration
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services
• Remove damaged materials and debris from the affected area
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Document the restoration process for insurance purposes
• Assist with moving and packing belongings during the restoration process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
