Position: Sales Associate

Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Floor Inc, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect floor materials, rugs, and home center products for their needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about our products, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right floor materials, rugs, and home center products
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions customers may have
• Help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of floor materials, rugs, and home center products is a plus
