Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday gift-giving
• Work with fresh flowers, plants, and artificial floral products to create visually appealing designs
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, understanding their preferences and delivering on their floral needs
• Maintain floral inventory, ensuring that all products are fresh, organized, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote floral products and generate sales
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the floral industry and incorporate new techniques and designs into your work

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a florist in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
• Excellent creativity and an eye for detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for the floral industry and a desire to create beautiful arrangements
