Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Flotek Industries Inc. The Contract Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from vendor selection to quality control and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing contract manufacturing relationships, optimizing production processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from vendor selection to final delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with contract manufacturers
• Monitor and evaluate contract manufacturers’ performance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, production, and quality control to ensure seamless production processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in contract manufacturing operations
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract manufacturing performance and key metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing management within the oil and gas industry
• Demonstrated experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software
