1. Line Cook

• Prepares high-quality dishes according to the menu or chef’s instructions
• Ensures all food is prepared in a timely manner
• Maintains a clean and organized work station
• Works collaboratively with the kitchen team

2. Server

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests
• Takes accurate orders and delivers food and beverages promptly
• Assists in cleaning and setting up tables
• Has a good knowledge of the menu items and specials

3. Dishwasher

• Cleans dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness in the dishwashing area
• Assists with basic food prep tasks when needed
• Ensures compliance with sanitation regulations
