Position: Server
We are seeking experienced servers to join our team. As a server at Flying Pug, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking food and drink orders accurately, delivering orders promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the tables with precision
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- TABC and Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
