Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to track shipments and resolve any issues
• Manage documentation and paperwork related to transportation activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement logistics solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise warehouse operations and staff to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate with logistics team to plan and prioritize shipments
• Train and develop warehouse employees to enhance performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
