– Taking orders and serving food and beverages with precision and grace
– Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service in a bustling restaurant environment

2. Line Cook

If you have a passion for culinary excellence and a knack for working with high-quality ingredients, the role of Line Cook at Fogo de Chao may be the perfect fit for you. Your responsibilities will include:
– Preparing and cooking a variety of meats, side dishes, and desserts according to our traditional Brazilian recipes
– Ensuring that all dishes are plated beautifully and meet our strict quality standards
– Following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
– Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to coordinate timely and efficient meal service

3. Bartender

Are you a master mixologist with a flair for crafting innovative cocktails and providing top-notch bar service? Join us as a Bartender at Fogo de Chao and showcase your skills in a vibrant and stylish setting. Your responsibilities will include:
– Creating unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for our guests
– Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, recommending drinks and providing exceptional service
– Maintaining a well-stocked bar and ensuring that all beverages are prepared to Fogo de Chao’s high standards
– Collaborating with the rest of the bar team to deliver an unforgettable bar experience for our guests
