Position Available: Immigration Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Immigration Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to work seamlessly with clients to navigate the complex legal landscape of immigration. As an Immigration Law Attorney at Fong Ilagan, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of immigration law
• Handle a caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization applications
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Attend immigration interviews and hearings with clients
• Stay current on changes in immigration laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Demonstrated knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
