We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney to join our Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to estate planning and probate
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings
• Provide guidance on trust administration and asset distribution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure client needs are met

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in estate planning and probate law
• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal laws related to estate planning and probate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
