We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

New Car Sales Associate

As a New Car Sales Associate at Ford’s Auto Sales, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect new Ford vehicle to meet their needs. Your primary duties will include:

– Greeting customers and understanding their requirements
– Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
– Conducting test drives
– Negotiating prices and closing sales
– Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Used Car Sales Associate

As a Used Car Sales Associate at Ford’s Auto Sales, you will be responsible for helping customers find the ideal pre-owned Ford vehicle for their budget and lifestyle. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options from our inventory
– Providing accurate information about vehicle history, condition, and features
– Assisting with trade-ins and financing options
– Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Following up with customers to build long-term relationships

Qualifications:

New Car Sales Associate:

– Previous sales experience preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Knowledge of Ford vehicles and features
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong negotiation skills

Used Car Sales Associate:

– Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
– Knowledge of pre-owned vehicles and market trends
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in computer applications for inventory management
