Position: Medical Clinic Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical clinic, including overseeing staff schedules, patient flow, and inventory management.
• Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and that all staff members adhere to best practices and protocols.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a medical clinic setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices.
