Position: Nursery Assistant

Location: Various locations across the country

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Nursery Assistants at our various locations. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect plants and gardening supplies to create their dream gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting plants, mulches, and gardening supplies
• Answer customer questions and provide expert advice on plant care
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery
• Assist with plant care, including watering and pruning
• Help unload and organize incoming plant shipments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a garden center or nursery setting preferred
• Knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
