Position: Catering Manager

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Fratelli’s Ristorante is currently seeking a Catering Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery logistics
• Collaborate with clients to create customized catering packages that meet their specific needs and budget requirements
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless execution of catering events
• Manage catering inventory and supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and address any feedback or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering management or event planning
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and familiarity with catering industry trends
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
