Job Title: Building Cleaner – Interior

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all interior surfaces of buildings, including floors, walls, and ceilings
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Dispose of trash and waste in a proper manner

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning services preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication skills

Job Title: Janitorial Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins
• Monitor building security and report any safety hazards

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Maid & Butler Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized cleaning services to client homes
• Dust and polish furniture, appliances, and decorative items
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Organize and declutter living spaces
• Assist with laundry and ironing tasks

Job Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or maid services
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Discretion and respect for client privacy
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients
