We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. If you have a love for food, a flair for customer service, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our recipes
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

2. Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials

3. Fishmonger

• Receive, store, and prepare fresh seafood for sale
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing seafood products
• Maintain a clean and sanitary fish market area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Creole, Cajun, and French cuisine a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Food handler’s certification required for certain positions
