Position: Dialysis Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing dialysis treatments
- Set up and operate dialysis machines according to prescribed procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for patients
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dialysis technician training program or equivalent experience
- Certification as a dialysis technician (CCHT) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
