Job Title: Home Builder

Overview:

As a Home Builder at Fresh Look Kitchens, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of kitchen remodeling projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

– Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
– Managing sub-contractors and coordinating deliveries
– Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
– Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
– Communicating effectively with clients throughout the project
– Quality control and inspections

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
– Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Kitchen Planning & Remodeling Service

Overview:

As a Kitchen Planning & Remodeling Service professional at Fresh Look Kitchens, you will work closely with clients to design and plan their dream kitchens. You will be responsible for creating layout drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing the installation process.

Responsibilities:

– Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
– Creating detailed drawings and 3D renderings of kitchen designs
– Selecting cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances
– Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
– Overseeing the installation process and ensuring quality workmanship

Requirements:

– Degree or certification in interior design or related field
– Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
– Strong knowledge of kitchen design trends and products
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Title: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

Overview:

As an Altering & Remodeling Contractor at Fresh Look Kitchens, you will be responsible for executing the construction and installation phase of kitchen remodeling projects.
