We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Position: Medical Assistant

Location: Friendswood, Texas

Friendswood Urgent Care is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-notch patient care and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Take patient vitals and update medical records accurately
• Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas
• Perform basic lab tests and procedures
• Provide patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Prior experience working in a medical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
